Ingredients:
C. scalded milk 2 Tbs. shortening 4 Tbs. sugar 3 eggs beaten 2 tsp. salt 6 C. flour Let rise: 1/2 C. warm water 2 Tbs. dry yeast
 Neighborhood Plate! (Reach Out!)

Instructions:
Pour scalded milk over sugar, shortening, and salt. Add beaten eggs and activated yeast. Mix in flour. May need extra flour. Let rise to double in size. Roll out into 1/2 inch and cut with round cutter. Fold in half and place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter. Let rise again and double in size. Bake for 12-15 min. at 400 degrees.
